Because condominium living is a cooperative venture in which the rights of one owner may have an impact upon the other, it is necessary to have various rules, standards and safeguards in order for the Unit Owners to live together and to keep the property properly maintained. This book contains the House Rules per Article VIII of the By-Laws as well as additional rules and regulation adopted by the Board of Managers. When sections of this book are updated, you will receive supplemental sheets to replace or add to the book. It is the responsibility of the Unit Owner to keep this book along with the Declaration and By-Laws, and transfer it to new owners or tenants as necessary.
