Any modification affecting common property requires Board of Managers approval. This includes but is not limited to decks, balconies, patios, exterior windows and doors, siding, landscaping, large plantings, etc. Use this form for such requests.
For use by an owner to authorize a contractor to obtain a permit for any work requiring one. Owner may also choose to obtain the permit(s) themselves. Permits are required for exterior doors & windows, decks, furnaces & AC, water heaters, certain plumbing/electrical/remodeling, etc. The City building department should be contacted to determine if your project requires a permit.
Use this form if you are an owner in good standing and wish to reserve the clubhouse for an exclusive use event. Fee applies.
