All modifications or additions involving Common Property (external doors, windows, patios, decks, landscaping, etc. require approval by the Board of Managers via submittal of an Architectural Review Request. Main entry doors (front, patio), decks and possibly patios require a building permit.

 

Owners should also be aware that there are City of Poughkeepsie building code requirements for not only Common property but also some work in units i.e., new furnaces, water heaters, certain structural and electrical changes.
