2/9: Poor soil & old pool shallow end ground fill needed to be dug out and replaced.
2/20: Gravel bed laid, main drains, skimmers, gunite backing installed.
2/22: Rebar installed.
2/27: Gunite shell installed. ~28 day curing process needed.
3/12: Trenching for piping.
3/18: Rear walk removed & piping base installed.
3/20: Majority of piping in place. Pump room plumbing later.
3/25: Waterline tile install started.
3/26: Gunite @ 28 days since install.
3/28: Waterline tiles grouted.
3/29: Step edge tiles installed.
4/1: 5 feet depth tile line installed. Gravel backfilling of piping
4/5: Coping install, old equipment removal, water fill piping
4/6: Coping install continued
4/8: Copings grouted4/11: Concrete cut back for expansion joint
4/18: Grading, caulking, 2 return outlets added

4/26: Concrete Day 2 deck complete, stanchions for handrail/ladders, float line anchors, shell prep for plaster
4/27: Saw cut control joints, self leveling expansion joint caulking
4/29: Pool plastered, filled, circulation & filtering started
4/29+: Plaster start-up procedure (few weeks)
5/25+: Temporary chlorine/acid pumps set up and manually running until final tanks and equipment available
5/27: 28 Day plaster start-up cure time met
6/16: Fencing & gate(s) ~90% done
6/20: Chlorine tanks & pad
6/25: Prep for new lawn (sod) at back of deck
6/26: Restoration to west fence area started
6/27: Sod installed
6/28: Seed & straw front area
7/3: Chemical Controller mounted, some pool fixtures installed
7/8: Fill line spout installed, chemical tanks & tubing color coded, chlorine tanks strapped to wall, flow meter installed
7/15: Emergency power off switch in pool area and service outlet installed
7/16: Clubhouse water heater wired
7/18: Electrical inspection for power off switch, service outlet & clubhouse hot water heater
7/21: Enclosure for chlorine tanks installed
7/22: Entrance gate installed, fence bottom gaps reduced
7/23: Flow meter & controller probe line hookup, Inspection, water condition adjusted
