Owners of parking spaces 67, 68 and 127 - 130 may return to their spaces but they must be vacated by 7AM Wednesday 11/2 morning.
Residents are reminded that there are 10 temporary parallel visitor spaces on Downing Place. Please park within the mark outs and as close to the curb as possible.
Below is status of other work in Phase 1 and preparation for Phase 2.
- Asphalt reclaimation is complete and most of regrading is complete in the Phase 1 area.
- Walkways are complete on Buildings 9 (except 9H which is Phase 2), 10, 11 & 12.
- Roadway asphalt binder coat in Phase 1 is expected to start being put down on Wednesday.
- Rain is forecast for Thursday and this may delay asphalt top coat and restriping until Friday. This would mean no vehicles on it until Saturday.
- A decision on proceeding with Phase 2 is expected Thursday based on weather forecast and progress of Phase 1.
- Phase 2 could start on 11/7 and take 4-5 days depending on weather conditions.
- There may be some work taking place in Phase 2 this upcoming weekend.
