Project Update 11/2

Below is the latest status of the project work. Please be aware that its schedule is very weather dependent and subject to change. We have had very good cooperation from all residents during what we understand has been an inconvenience especially to the Phase 1 residents. We thank you for your patience.
- Most of Phase 1 area has received the binder asphalt layer.
- Dependent on Thursday's weather the binder asphalt will be completed and top coat may begin. If weather does not cooperate the top coat would be delayed until Friday.
- Restriping would occur either late Friday or Saturday.
- It's presently expected that Phase 1 area would return to normal usage sometime Saturday.
- Phase 2 is expected to start on Monday 11/7. A handout will be delivered to units on Friday. Because this will cause the most impact to site parking, all residents are advised that visitor space usage will be enforced per the prior communicated policy. Extra vehicles beyond a units reserved spaces will be towed if they are improperly using visitor spaces.
