Project Update 11/3

Below is the latest status of the project work. We thank the residents in Phase 1 for the great cooperation regarding the parking inconveniences.
- Most of Phase 1 area has been top coated. The remaining areas will be done on Friday with restriping taking place on Friday or early Saturday. We expect full usage restored by Saturday.
- Walkways on Bldg 13 & 14 have started or will start Friday. Some of this may extend into the weekend.
- Based on weather forecasts, Phase 2 is planned to start 11/7 Monday morning at 7AM. All vehicles there will need to be moved by then or they will be towed. Phase 2 is Knightsbridge up to Cedar Ave. down to end of Building 13.
- There will be no parking in Phase 2 until it is completed and only emergency vehicles will be allowed through during the day. A handout will be delivered on Friday with more information.
- We expect that the lower site (Phase 1) will be accessible after work days via one lane on Knightsbridge.
- Expect disruption of garbage and recycling pickups. The dumpster will not be in service and we may have to dispose off site. There will be more details in the handout.
- Parking will be severely limited so if you can park off site you should. All vehicles should be displaying the orange parking permits or risk being towed especially if parked in a visitor space.
