A reminder to residents that work is scheduled to start at 7AM 11/7 Monday morning. All parking spaces on Knightsbridge from Cedar Ave. to the end of building 13 must be vacated by that time. This requirement was communicated in the 11/4 handout left at all units and by periodic phone call outs. If vehicles are not out of the work area on time they will be towed.

 

Presently the dumpster is out of service but regular unit garbage and recycling pick ups are still on schedule. Please place all garbage in properly sealed bags and no unbagged loose items as we may have to transport the garbage to the transfer station. Several brown bins will be by the clubhouse for bagged garbage only but we ask you wait for the unit pick ups if you can.
