Garbage Pick Up Time Change for 11/10

Garbage for unit pick up must be out by 8:30AM 11/10 Thursday morning. Anything left after that time will not be picked up. Also:
- Bins for garbage will be placed by the clubhouse.
- Recycle bins will be placed up on Downing for City pick up. These should not be used for garbage.
