Project Update 11/9

Below is the project status as of today 11/9:
- Rain halted work early.
- It is expected that the binder asphalt layer will be completed Thursday.
- Top asphalt should start Friday but may not be completed until Monday.
- We hope to have temporary parking restored in Phase 2 either late Friday (some areas) and Saturday for the remainder. All vehicles in Phase 2 would have to be out by Monday 7AM so the paving can be completed.
- Striping would take place afterwards either late Monday or Tuesday morning.
- More details will be provided as we approach the weekend.
- Phase 3 (Downing Place) start is still TBD.
