To all residents parking in the Phase 3 (Downing Place) area please be advised that reclaimation and paving work may begin there are early as Monday 11/14 or Tuesday 11/15. This would mean all vehicles must be out by 7AM that day. You should start thinking about where you will be parking and planning accordingly for the limited area access. We will advise residents ASAP once a firm start date is determined.
