Project Update 11/15

Below is the project status as of today 11/15.
- All work was postponed today because of rain.
- Parking in Knightsbridge is back to normal.
- The rain afforded the opportunity to observe water flow on the new asphalt and other areas under adverse conditions. It's normal to expect some corrections having to be made.
- Work will start in Downing Place on Wednesday. There may be some delays with travel by the main entrance during the day because it will be part of the work area.
