Notices were left at all owner occupied Units today. Off site owners that we have email addresses for were sent an email. US Mail was used for other offsite owners. The notice contained new contact information and the new non-Knightsbridge mailing address for common fees. The notice provided to owners was personalized with the owner name and their monthly common fee amount for 2019. A copy of the non-personalized notice is available here.

 

The Commons at Cedar website will still be the main source for community information, documentation, minutes, etc. However, to help improve communications, responsiveness and reduce redundant often confusing multiple means of contacting management there will be some changes. These changes will be phased in within the next few weeks and we'll be providing more details soon. During the management transition some forms will be temporarily unavailable while they are updated with the new management company name, address and phone number.
