Drainage work has been completed by Bldg 4 and road to the dumpster. Work continues in front of the clubhouse. Power to the clubhouse and several buildings was lost when an unmarked electrical cable was broken. This also caused pool closure for the day. Drainage in front of building 9 and 11 as well as preliminary work on building 10 walks may begin shortly and we'll provide more details as we get them. Several catch basins and manholes in various locations are under consideration for repair or replacement. We have received a new dumpster and expect demolition of dumpster area and shed to begin possibly next week.
