When reclaimation and paving starts, there will be limited space for parking. There are not enough visitor and temporary areas to accommodate all vehicles and it will be necessary for many residents to park off site. Additionally, residents with vehicles beyond their allocated spaces will not be able to park these vehicles on site when these work phases begin. If you have not picked up a permit(s) for your assigned spaces you will have to contact Paramount Property Management or John our maintenance supervisor to make arrangement to pick them up.

If you park off site and intend to walk back to The Commons you should not be doing so on other peoples property. Enter the site from Cedar Ave. only. You will need to obey all parking regulations when parking on City of Poughkeepsie streets.
