The Board has approved the 2020 budget. The total amount remains unchanged over 2019 and common fees will remain the same as 2019. The budget and other topics were discussed at the October 30th open Board meeting and we thank those who attended for their input. Owners will be sent a notice with the final budget and reminder of what their commons fees are. The notice will also be available on the website shortly.
