The Board of Managers approved the 2017 Budget at the November 30th Board meeting. The budget represents a 0% increase in 2017 Common Charges over 2016. A copy of the budget is available on the Financials section of the website.

 

All owners should have received a mailing of the budget and coupons. Note if you auto pay, coupons were not included. If you did not receive the mailing you should contact Eileen at Paramount Property Management.
