Sister Mary Carrots

Different way to make carrots

Very Easy

Total Time:
20 minutes

Ingredients:
6 Carrots julienned into strips and par cooked until tender
2 tbs grated onion
2 tbs horseradish
1/2 cup mayo
1 tbs salt (optional)
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup butter bread crumbs

Directions:
Par boil carrots, drain and place in baking dish.
Mix all other ingredients together except for the buttered bread crumbs.
Spoon horseradish mixture evenly over the carrots.
Add plain bread crumbs to 2 tbs butter melted to form a crumbly mixture. Spread over horseradish mixture.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for approximately 20-25 minutes

Cook's Notes:
My family likes this so I usually double the receipt. You can store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat.
